FREE STEPS SCHOOL 2026 YAZ OKULU KAYIT SÖZLEŞMESİ
1. TARAFLAR
İşbu sözleşme, Free Steps School (Kemer Eğitim Hizmetleri, Gıda Sanayi ve Turizm Ticaret A.Ş.) ile aşağıda bilgileri yer alan öğrenci ve velisi/yasal temsilcisi (bundan sonra “Veli” olarak anılacaktır) arasında imzalanmıştır.
2. KATILIM TARİHLERİ
Veli, çocuğunun aşağıda işaretlenen dönem(ler)de Free Steps School Yaz Okulu programına katılmasını kabul eder. Devlet tarafından tatil ilan edilen resmi bayramlarda okulumuz kapalı olacaktır.
3. ÜCRETLENDİRME VE ÖDEME
Her dönemin ücretlendirmesi kurum tarafından belirlenmiştir. Ödemeler kayıt sırasında peşin olarak gerçekleştirilir.
Yaz okulu ücretine eğitim, malzeme kullanımı, üç öğün yemek hizmeti (tam gün katılımlar için), branş etkinlikleri ve atölye çalışmaları dahildir.
Teknik yüzme eğitimi ile yaz okulu kıyafeti ve çantası ayrıca ücretlendirilir.
4. İPTAL VE İADE KOŞULLARI
- Katılım başlamadan en az 7 gün önce iptal bildirilirse ücretin %80’i iade edilir.
- Program başladıktan sonra yapılan iptallerde ücret iadesi yapılmaz.
- Sağlık sebepli iptallerde doktor raporu sunulması halinde kalan günlere ait ücret iadesi yapılabilir.
- Katılınmayan günler başka bir döneme aktarılamaz ve iade talep edilemez.
5. PROGRAM İÇERİĞİ VE GÜVENLİK
Etkinlikler arasında sanat atölyeleri, spor, doğa çalışmaları, su oyunları, müzik, mutfak etkinlikleri ve İngilizce temelli oyunlar bulunmaktadır.
Çocukların güvenliği uzman eğitimciler ve rehberler eşliğinde sağlanmaktadır.
6. BESLENME
Kurum; sabah kahvaltısı, öğle yemeği ve ikindi kahvaltısından oluşan üç öğün yemek hizmeti sunar.
Özel beslenme ihtiyaçları önceden yazılı olarak bildirilmelidir.
7. GEREKLİ MALZEMELER VE SORUMLULUKLAR
Veli, gerekli kişisel malzemeleri temin etmeyi ve tüm eşyaları etiketlemeyi kabul eder.
8. FOTOĞRAF VE GÖRSEL KULLANIM İZNİ
Okul yönetimi; Çocuğun eğitim ve etkinliklerinde özel veya toplu olarak çekilen fotoğraflarını okulla ile ilgili yayınlarda, sergilerde kullanabilir, okulun web sayfasında ve sosyal sitelerinde, yayınlayabilir.
9. GENEL HÜKÜMLER
Veli, çocuğunu teslim alabilecek kişileri yazılı olarak bildirmek zorundadır.
Veli, çocuğun sağlık durumu hakkında doğru bilgi vermekle yükümlüdür.
Kurum, pedagojik ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda program içeriğinde değişiklik yapma hakkına sahiptir.
Taraflar işbu sözleşme hükümlerini kabul eder. Sözleşme tarafların onayıyla yürürlüğe girer ve ilgili dönem sonuna kadar geçerlidir.
FREE STEPS SCHOOL 2026 SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This agreement is signed between Free Steps School (Kemer Eğitim Hizmetleri, Gıda Sanayi ve Turizm Ticaret A.Ş.) and the student and their parent/legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as “Parent”) whose information is provided below.
2. DATES OF PARTICIPATION
The Parent agrees to their child’s participation in the Free Steps School Summer School program during the term(s) indicated below. Our school will be closed on official public holidays declared by the government.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
The pricing for each term is determined by the institution. Payments are made in advance during registration.
The summer school fee includes education, use of materials, three meals a day (for full-day participations), branch activities, and workshops.
Technical swimming education, summer school uniform, and bag are charged separately.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- If cancellation is notified at least 7 days before the start of participation, 80% of the fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made after the program has started.
- In case of cancellations due to health reasons, a refund for the remaining days can be made upon submission of a medical report.
- Unattended days cannot be transferred to another term, and a refund cannot be requested.
5. PROGRAM CONTENT AND SECURITY
Activities include art workshops, sports, nature studies, water games, music, culinary activities, and English-based games.
The safety of the children is ensured under the supervision of expert educators and guides.
6. NUTRITION
The institution provides a three-meal service consisting of breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.
Special dietary needs must be notified in writing in advance.
7. REQUIRED MATERIALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Parent agrees to provide the necessary personal materials and to label all items.
8. PHOTOGRAPH AND MEDIA CONSENT
The school administration may use individual or group photographs of the child taken during education and activities in school-related publications and exhibitions, and may publish them on the school’s website and social media platforms.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Parent is obliged to notify in writing the persons authorized to pick up their child.
The Parent is obliged to provide accurate information regarding the child’s health status.
The institution reserves the right to make changes to the program content in accordance with pedagogical needs.
The parties accept the provisions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon the approval of the parties and remains valid until the end of the relevant term.
